I accept payment via PayPal only,to ensure that all transactions are recorded and both parties are adequately protected. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal’s credit card payment facility.
I will make every effort to provide accurate descriptions plus quality photos from various angles of all items listed. If you are unhappy with any purchase, I will accept refunds, but please notify me first. When making a return please include pendant plus chain and all internal packaging. All returned items must be in the condition in which they were received. The time limit for returns is 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note: You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning any item.
